Did you get some exercise over the Christmas holiday? I did not and I wasn't feeling well enough this morning to make it to my Orange Theory class. Hopefully I will feel better by the end of the day so I can make it to an evening class.

I haven't been on here in a while so I don't know when you changed your pic but I love your new pic.  I hope you feel better soon!!  I stuck to my exercise workout on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays even through the holidays.  Today I will be doing 45 minutes strength training with my personal trainer.  Now that I'm maintaining it seems that the workouts are harder.  I have to do either more reps or my weights are increasing.  I know that's how I will tone up but damn.  Be careful what you ask for because you just might get it.  LOL

        

 Surgery date - 04/03/13; Goal date - 11/10/13 (I reached goal in 31 weeks & 4 days)

Highest weight 261  SW 258  GW 150   M1 -26  M2 -14  M3 -10  M4 -12  M5 -13  M6 -12  M7 -11  M8 -10  In maintenance since November 2013  HT- 5'6"

If you want to build muscle, go more reps less weight, if you want to build strength, go more weight less reps.

I've been slacking the last couple of weeks.  Time to get my rear in gear!!

I have a PT appt tonight right after work.  Not sure what we are doing but anything is better than what I have done the last 2 weeks!

I need to start training for the The Big Climb so my cardio will be the StairMaster.

 

BTW, love your new picture!  I need to change mine too!

Walk walk and more walk that is what I did over the holidays.  I can not belive how much longer I can walk now without pain and huffing and puffing.

 

But for Christmas I received some  4lbs pink bar bell and resistance bands. what should I do with them?

So I walk 30 mins a day at lunch and I am doing 30 mins on  my elliptical in the evenings. How should I add in my new equipment? thanks and happy new year -Deb

I have done nothing cardio for 4 weeks due to football injury.  Getting my boot off Monday and then it is go time again.  Suggestions for exercise for turkey neck?  Love you new picture!  Can't seem to get avatar picture but I did get pictures on my profile.  Need to post another after boots is off, down another 10 lbs.  Thanks for all your positive energy these last 4 months.

If its nice outside when I get home. I will feed my little one and pop him in the stroller and go for a walk.
