One hour of swimming at lunch time plus 20 mins of Wii Fit when I get home tonight.

Orange Theory is a HIIT Training program that is focused on heart rate levels, where orange is 85% of max heart rate. You can read about it here:

I am still undecided as of 9:00am. 

 

I know what I SHOULD do today. 

But I have a 1/2 day off and want to go hang out with my friends at the barn and play with the dogs.

I'll be glad when the holidays are over and I get back into a normal routine.

Today, it is the 22nd day of the squat challenge, 185 squats with 185 crunches and 185 push ups, followed by an hour of either bike, elliptical, or treadmill, at least 500 or > cals more to burn. I'm also toying around with burpees, see what i can do with them, we will see.

I did Tabata today, and plan to do a 2 mile walking DVD tonight :)
