10 Squat Commandments:
01- Half squats produce half results.
02- Not squatting is bad for the knees.
03- Heels down, chest up, butt back, knees out.
04- The deeper the squat, the better your ass will look.
05- Never use the tampon bar. Ever.
06- Smith machine "squats" aren't squats.
07- If the Russians are doing it, you should be too.
08- The squat is the foundation of all fitness programs.
09- Women are encouraged to out-squat their partners.
10- You ain't squat if you can't squat.
