I Worked Out Today, Did You? - Monday!
I did an hour OrangeTheory Fitness class. This is peak performance week and today was a timed 5 minute row. I rowed 1,575 meters. That's 105 more than I rowed in October and as of 7am I was #1 in the studio. The day is not over but I will have another chance on Saturday to do it again and try to beat that distance. Tomorrow is a timed 1 mile run.

I plan too, I haven't got any sleep yet, so that is a must! I'll go in an hour before the gym closes again tonight--great time with little people there. I will STRETCH this time!

40 minutes on treadmill and weights. I stretched before this and am having no problems at all this time!

I seriously relate to the first picture of not wanting to come to work today because I did squats. I got back into my kettlebell routine on Saturday and my thighs are screaming for mercy - ouch! But I got back up this morning and did it again today along with some pushups, tricep dips and a plank.
