Yes I totally remember!! Welcome back! My 18 year old cousin just told me she wants to have surgery. She is almost 300lbs and cried to me this past weekend. I told her that even though the weight comes off, it doesnt mean its easy, at ALL. WE do all the work. Old habits come back, some of mine definitely did and it made me stall for way too long. Soemtimes you just need that kick in the butt to get back on track.

This site helps so much, I dont always post but I try to peek once a day or so, even to just read ANYTHING anyone writes. Its helpful no matter what. Glad you are recommitting now! It sure is one hell of a ride! And thank you =) Now if I can only get my ass to truly TONE myself and not just stick with cardio. One thing I definitely stuggle with!

Thank you! Aw I really hope things work our for your cousin. I remember how rough it was at 18 and being big, but honestly at 18 I don't think I would have been emotionally ready. I wonder if I was at 23 even. Its so true, no matter what its still on US. It got very easy for me to slip into old habits, its gotta be something you really work on, surgery won't do it all for you.

I agree coming on here has helped a LOT. I think it was partly why I was so successful in the beginning so that's why I'm back! Thanks for the welcome back! These whatcha eating threads are so helpful to me, give me new ideas. And you'll get there! Exercise has always been my vise in general so I hear ya lol. So glad to see you're still around here! :)
