I Worked Out Today, Did You? - Wednesday!
Sorry I have been out of the loop for a few days. I had a very busy weekend and I headed out first thing Monday morning to some new job training and that is what I am doing this week. I actually haven't worked out yet today I am planning to do it after today's session. There is a Gold's Gym right across the street and I want to make the most out of their $15/day pass. I haven't done squats with a bar in quite some time so that is on my agenda for tonight. I ran yesterday morning in the hotel gym and did some chest but I was pressed for time. So tonight will be as much work as I can do.

Nope, I hurt my hip the day before yesterday (probably while I was doing the 30 Day Shred, sigh) and it isn't wanting me to do any exercise, even walking is killing me. I'm going to give it a few days to get better and if it doesn't, I guess it's time to get a doctor's appointment.
A new gym opened up near me. It is a nice facility with very nice monthly membership pricing, $10 (basic) $20 (premium). I am on my 7th workout in 7 days at the new facility. I start off with a 30 min run on the treadmill each day. Then I mix it up some, one day I hit the heavy bag, weighted medicine balls, kettlebells, weights, and so on. They also offer classes similar to Insanity / T25 / Crossfit / Zumba / Pilates. They are free to premium members so I may start them soon.
Today:
- Treadmill 30 min
- Arms
- Abs
- Hydro massage after workout, another free gym perk.
We've missed this post. I've got to get back on track--using the weather as an excuse.
