What's Your Workout Today VSGers? - Monday!
I'm a little late getting started with my workouts post-op. No excuse, just didn't get it done. After a rough week diet/weight-wise last week, I'm deteremined to get moving. Too cold (and I don't have right attire) to walk outside, so I started the day climbing the stairs in my house. Only got up/down 7 flights (lungs burning and jiggly legs), but it's a start! Can't wait until I can get back outside, hopefully next week. Until then, I'll make it work inside...
I am going to hit the gym before work tonight. I think I've decided to get on the scales one last time--I'm not a scales person. Usually I'd weigh in once every 3 months. BUT when I joined the gym, the scales right by the door were too tempting not to use--I've been in a stall since I joined the gym (I know the muscle weight thing), but I think if I'm the same weight again tonight, I'm staying off the scales.

I BROKE THE STALL, I BROKE THE STALL!!! YEAH, I'm so excited, down 4 pounds from the stall weight, I will now change my sticker.
