I worked out hard today! I took a few days off to rest my knees and it helped so much. No pain today, not even walking up the stairs when I got to work which always hurts. So while I am probably not fully healed, I have to keep in mind to periodically give my knees a rest.

Today I did a 1 hour Orange Theory and we had a very different format than we are used to. Which was good. Got a really nice workout in.

Tonight I am back in the gym to hit the weights. Since I have started my new job I have not been making time for it and I am starting to see it show up in clothes and in my body composition measurements. Time to step it up. I want a big chest and big arms and there is only one way to get those. 

I worked out today!

I sure did Keith!!

I need to lose these last 11 and I have decided that I can not cut calories anymore

than I have 700-800 I take in already..

and even though I am SLOTH-like in nature...

I have recommitted to doing my elliptical Monday-Friday in addition to 

my m,w,f crossfit..let's see if it shakes off the last of the tonnage...here's hoping!

I was so disappointed, I went to my gym last night an hour before I thought they closed (before work), and they close an hour early on Sundays--truly disappointing.  I have to get serious about my exercise and stick to a routine.

Tried something different today.  Rock Climbing!  Talk about an amazing upper body workout.  Think I will incorporate it into my strength days.

I did 10 minutes on the elliptical (sp?) and that sure kicks my butt for some reason.  30 minutes on treadmill with quite the incline and 10 minutes on weight lifting.  Me and the elliptical have to learn to have a love-love relationship, right now it's hate-hate.
