I did a 1 hour OrangeTheory class this morning (seems to be the only thing I have time for lately). It was brutal including exercise such as spider pushups, burpee bench hop overs, bench jump squats, SBT Knee Ins, squat jumps followed by a 2+ mile run whi*****luded 30 second sprints at 10mpg at 2%, 4%, 6%, 8%, 10%, 12%, 14%, and 15%!

I had a fantastic spin class!  I biked 18 miles and got the best endorphin rush I've had in long time :)

You have me curious about Orange Theory.  There is a studio 10 miles from my house.  I might need to check it out.

You get one week free. If you give them my name "Keith Leslie" I get a free towel or something. But its a great workout. Its 25 mins cardio and 25 mins weight training but they are both HIIT so you get a lot out of it. The first couple of times you go its tough but its also very addictive. My suggestion if you can swing it is go at different times so you can try different instructors. It can make a big difference when you first start going to find someone you really connect with. Now it doesn't matter so much to me but I do have my favorites.

Yup - 30 minutes on the treadmill. Signing up with FXB for session that starts in April. Kinda scared!
