I Worked Out Today! Did You? - Thursday
I did a 1 hour OrangeTheory class this morning (seems to be the only thing I have time for lately). It was brutal including exercise such as spider pushups, burpee bench hop overs, bench jump squats, SBT Knee Ins, squat jumps followed by a 2+ mile run whi*****luded 30 second sprints at 10mpg at 2%, 4%, 6%, 8%, 10%, 12%, 14%, and 15%!
What did you do today?
You get one week free. If you give them my name "Keith Leslie" I get a free towel or something. But its a great workout. Its 25 mins cardio and 25 mins weight training but they are both HIIT so you get a lot out of it. The first couple of times you go its tough but its also very addictive. My suggestion if you can swing it is go at different times so you can try different instructors. It can make a big difference when you first start going to find someone you really connect with. Now it doesn't matter so much to me but I do have my favorites.
