S: protein shake w/ syntrax nectar cookies and cream (just bought it!)

D: eggface's mini egg bites (still deciding whick one to make)

L - smoked jalapeno cheddar cheese and turkey

D - still not sure what I'll pack for work.  I might see if I have some tuna to go w/ some avocado.  

I'm going to add a protein shake in there somewhere.

Breakfast - Spicy chicken with Peanut sauce and cauliflower

Lunch - cabbage and ground beef casserole

Dinner - eating out, but it'll be protein and veggie. plus some raspberries for desert - my one-derland reward!

vitamins - done

Water 4 out of 6

exercise - recumbent bike - done
