Nope. Today is a rest day, and I learned this week to take rest days seriously LOL.

Looking forward to going to the gym before work tonight. There was this most interesting thing I saw last gym outing. There is this machine that just has stairs. Like 4 stairs I think, and they just keep moving. This little tiny thing was constantly using this machine WHILE she was reading. I wonder what kind of work out that would be, and if I'd fall and break my neck (not so graceful)--interesting though.
