I took a few days off to heal up some things that were hurting a little too long but was back at it today!

One hour Orange Theory! 7mph at 15% incline and 3 minutes and 30 seconds of planking were the highlights

30 mins walking on my lunch break and heading to the gym after work for some weights training and cardio, plus 20-30 mins in the sauna afterwards.

30 minute jog at 4.7 mph, then moving heavy furniture around my house for at least an hour.  I'm going to count that, too, since I don't do that every day!

Today I walked -three- laps of my street!  Go me!  

I should probably measure a "lap" at some point so I know the exact distance, but whatever.  The point is that I walk one more lap every day than the day before.  Once I have more confidence in my bowels I'll start walking beyond my street - or, better yet, get to the gym for the treadmill!  

But, for now, laps on my street it is.
