I'm really quite over this Monday already!  UGH

B: nothing but coffee...my fresh direct order is coming tonight and I will prepare to meal prep!

L: butternut squash mash with turkey sausage crumbles and spinach

S: 1 cup skinny pop

D: lightened up chicken picatta with sauteed spinach on the side

Fluid: ok

vits: bah

X: treadmill

Breakfast - salmon and cucumbers in yogurt sauce

Lunch - chicken with spaghetti sauce and mozzarella - yum

dinner - beef stroganoff and garlic green beans - yum

vitamins - done

water - 4 out of 6

exercise - recumbent bike - done

Im on the ski slopes this week so my menu is a bit off.

 

B - chike

S- orange

L - taco salad

S - greek yogurt with strawberries

D - unkonwn meat and veg

E - 5 hours skiing

W -  need more bc of elevation

V - later

Also a protein shake I'm drinking right now.

E - not yet.  Will hit the treadmill in a few minutes - after my shake digests a bit.

W - good

Vits - back on track.  Visiting my son at Ft Hood over the weekend messed up my vitamin schedule.  I did awesome on food but as I was unpacking this morning I found my entire bag of vits - untouched.  Eek!

Happy Monday! It was snowing here a few hours ago- WTF? No more snow!! Now it is just dark and gloomy outside.

B- Syntrax Nectar cookies and cream

L- Leftover omelette

D- home made turkey meatballs

S- Greek yogurt

S - BBQ pork skins (yeah...I can't believe it either)

D - Grilled salmon, green beans, lobster bisque (1/4 cup because the darn stuff has a ton of calories) :)

Yep...those are the ones I munched on this afternoon.  Very delicious and satisfied that need to eat something crunchy.
