Whatcha eating today VSGers? Sunday!
I hope everyone is having a great Sunday. The weather is gorgeous here and I'm about to go hit the grocery store and hopefully get my shopping done while everyone is at church.
I feel like I'm still having mental issues coming to grips with how little I'm eating. I serve up 4 ounces of food for most meals and give up somewhere between 1-3 ounces. I do feel like I'm learning a little more each day how to better listen to my body and that makes me super happy.

Happy Easter everyone! I am not religious, but we celebrate the halmarky part of Easter. My 6 year old son has had a lot of questions about Easter this year. I explained to him the Christian meaning of Easter yesterday, and after about 5 minutes he stopped (we were biking) and asked me "what does the Easter Bunny have to do with God?" Oh man this was a tricky one. I didn't come up with a great response at the time. But it cracked me up.
Ok back to business.
B - chike

D - quinoa cheesy chicken bake w/ brussel sprouts

Hey Gwen!
Please don't worry about how little you were eating right now. Believe me, over the next few months your capacity will increase a lot and you will actually wish you can eat as little as you did before. Just enjoy this time what you can while you're at this weight is coming off quickly. You're doing awesome!

WWBD?
I think the frustrating thing right now is that there's a very fine line between "the right amount" and "too much and now you'll feel bloated for the next 10 hours." It's hard to figure out what I should be eating :(

Question for you Gwen, I've been wondering this for awhile. How come you take 3 different types of laxatives instead of a higher dose of 1? I swear I'm not being snarky, I'm just curious. Sorry if that's too personal. It's just that I think that I might need to start taking one and I don't know which one to take. My boss had the same surgery a month after me and she recommends collagen. Are they (all of them) tasteless? Are they all in powder form? I am clueless. I've never given it too much thought. Thanks!
PS. Anyone can answer this
