Since Ms Shell is in Vegas, I'll go ahead and get this started.  Do you have any exciting plans for the weekend?  I'm going to a Celtic Festival tomorrow and then, on Sunday, I'm shaving my head for St. Baldricks!  I'm super excited.

B: tuna pouch with some pesto and mayo

L: crackers with bacon butter (don't ask)

D: some southwestern casserole with meat and veggies that should be delicious

S: frankenshake (protein powder, 1T collagen, 2T Benefiber)  I'll split this up into two portions and have one earlier in the day.

Water and vitamins: On track!

Exercise: 60 minutes on the treadmill, 1% incline, varying speeds between 2.1 and 2.5mph for a total of 2.34 miles.  Then I had my monthly massage and now I feel like splat.

I wish i could not ask but bacon butter. Seriously there is no way you're not letting us in on that one.  You can PM me in case it makes the throngs drool.

Hi !  I had gastric sleeve two and a half years ago.  Never reached my goal, but I really want to get serious and try.  I have struggled all my life.  Any words of wisdom are appreciated.  I have such a hard time with all the water intake, and I know that that is key.  I did really well the first six months, and have maintained the weight loss, but I still need to lose more.

On my way

My birthday was earlier this week.  And while I haven't gone completely off the deep end, I do need to reel it in a bit...

B - non-fat latte
Sn - jerky
L - grilled chicken w/ bacon & cheese
Sn - tuna dip
D - we're going to play BINGO in celebration of my birthday (silly fun!), and I have nothing planned...  maybe grab a P3 on the way?
