One week post-op
I had my sleeve 1week ago today and I am so grateful that I made this choice. I feel wonderful! Down an additional 10 lbs since last Thursday. Making a full 30 lbs in less than 3 weeks. Will not have my post-op visit with my surgeon until the 14th. Must say that I am ready to get these staples out. But, overall this has been a breeze. Ate about 1/2 of a scrambled egg for dinner last night with no problems. Getting between 40 - 60 oz of fluid right now. And around 40 gm. protein a day. Got to get those numbers up, and I will slowly. Averaging 20 to 30 minutes on the treadmill every day. Have been given the okay to return to work on Monday. So excited to continue this wonderful new life I have been blessed with.
