After sleeve what can you not tolerate if anything?
I'm almost 5 weeks out. I'm in stage 5I haven't had any probls since the past couple of weeks.
Yesterday I had some pork. Really soft and moist. After about 10minutes I felt a burning a and pressure then I could feel my mouth produce lots of saliva and then I puked. This has happened a like 4 times now in the past 2 weeks. Is there meets you can tolerate? Is it just for now or can that be permanent? Just trying to figure out my sleeve
Well it's possible it's a tolerance issue, but if it's been happening multiple times with different foods (usually meats) I'd guess it's related to thorough chewing, speed of eating and/or quantity consumed. Hope things get better.

Are you weighing your food? Did you eat too much or too fast?
The only times I've thrown up so far are when I ate salmon that was too dry and then last week when my brain said "one more sugar snap pea" even though my stomach said "noooo!"
To me it almost sounds like you're eating too much or eating too fast without chewing enough.
(Oh yeah, my stomach is not a huge fan of eggs - they sit like a ton of bricks in my stomach still.)

I agree with the previous posters who said that it sounds like your issue was probably more because of quantity/speed than a specific intolerance... It's a process to learn how to treat the new sleeve, so don't think that you're the first person to experience this!
That said, I became a weird version of lactose intolerant post op. Some daily made me almost instantly sick, while other things (like cheese) never gave me a problem. It happens to a lot of people, but it was something that I hadn't heard of until I read it here. My surgeon didn't warn me (he thought it was really rare), but if the people who post here are any indication, it's more common than you'd think... Luckily, it went away right around the middle of month 6 post op. Hallelujah! I was getting REALLY tired of playing Dairy Russian Roulette!
