Onderland!
I have not been posting but read along and have been waiting until it was my turn to make this post.
I hit onderland! It happened over the weekend and has stayed put for a few days. Not in a stall but a slow down. I did see my provider late last week for a 3 month post op check and she told me that a stall at 199-200 is very common. I am not worried. Overall I have lost 47% of my excess weight. 7 inches off my waist and down 2-3 sizes. I can but regular sized clothes from stores my daughters shop at and can comfortably cross my legs.
I have been blessed with an uneventful recovery. It's not always been easy but honestly, it's been easier than I thought it would be. Quitting smoking was harder and I did that 2 weeks before my surgery.
I have said thanks to you all before but your posts and stories are extremely helpful and I will continue to read along!
