Down 51 lbs
Are you seriously doubting your progress? Dang girl!! 50 lbs. in 4 months is AWESOME
The only advice I will give is the same I give everyone who thinks they are "stalled". #1: it's not a true stall until you've been at the same weight for 2-3 weeks #2: If you are getting 80-100 oz. of water, are moving every day, getting at least 80 grams of protein and keeping carbs low you are doing everything right.
Keep up the great work, Rissa!
You're losing a bit over 3 pounds a week. That's awesome! I don't know about you, but I've never averaged 3 pounds of weight loss a week. Especially not for FOUR WHOLE MONTHS. That's amazing. You'll reach your goal so swiftly if that continues!
My advice is to just keep on keeping on :) Follow your plan.

50 lbs in four months sounds AMAZING to me! Can't wait to find out myself (surgery in July). I'm guessing it's pretty addictive to lose ridiculous amounts of weight right after surgery and gets frustrating when things slow down. But it took a long time to put it on so it will take a long time to take it off. Even 1 lb is a loss, and every loss makes you healthier!
