Hi everyone I will be starting my 2 week liquid diet tomorrow. Here is my question do I continue exercising like I do now which is 5 days a week. Or do I cut it down since I will only be on liquids? I am a diabetic and my blood sugar drops now I don't want my blood sugar to get to low what do you think? I appreciate anyone's advice thank you!

Honestly, I would take it easy, especially for the first few days. I was completely exhausted during my liquid diet. Look after yourself and let your body rest when needed .

I think that you should try to keep up at least walking if you can!  At the minimum, I'd want to aim for 30 minutes/day.

Just listen to your body. The first fews days on liquids are challenging...I felt much better by day four and started back to my normal activities. This is the beginning of a long journey, so take good care of yourself!

I would recommend taking things a bit easy.  For me exercise is a good release -- I use it now even when I am having cravings and it helps in couple of key ways

  • I get endorphin and feel better -- want less junk
  • It fills idle time where I could be thinking about food

I would avoid going to intensely as that can trigger your body to want more calories.

I started my liquid diet on the 24th...and doctor said to just walk...since i probably won't have the energy..so i walk my dog everyday...so far i've been ok...but then i can have a very small meal a day..and lots of water which help me not feel toooooo hungry.

GOOD LUCK  :)
