Its been harder lately - both staying on plan and exercising. I'm impatient because I have so much excess skin and I want to do plastics, but not until I've lost that belly fat. And I'm just not making it happen. I guess there's no choice but to carry on, and be patient, but its not easy.

It's loosely based on this. I add chickpeas for extra protein these days. (And the ratios for veggies aren't exact, I just toss in whatever amounts of those things I've got.)

Hi Gwen....
Good vibes for your dad's results.
I was thinking of the comment to remind you to take a scale with you. I am assuming it is to weigh your foods, but if it is to weigh yourself, I have the same solution, especially if you visit your parents often. Buy a scale for their home, that way you have one less thing to remember....
Have a great visit with them.

Hehe. You missed my saga last week when I was with my parents. I was sans scale and it sucked so I ordered one for their house only to forget to change the shipping address so it got sent to my house instead! Oops! So I will be leaving the scale I'm taking at their house which will make future trips easier :)
