Yay Sunday!  I'm really looking forward to this coming week because I'm going to be able to go back to my routine - no travel up to PA to help my parents out.  (My dad is doing MUCH better, by the way!)  I've decided to stop doing two of my Pilates classes since the instructor is a kook and I didn't feel like I was getting much from her classes and I'll be replacing those with yoga at home - I picked up in iPad app called yoga studio and it seems pretty amazing.  I've been really loving yoga.

Today is a shopping day for me.  I'm pretty much set on "normal" clothes for the rest of my weight loss (unless I switch to girl-cut shirts, which I might at some point) but I'm in desperate need of exercise clothes right now.

1: frankenshake (yuck, syntrax chocolate truffle. Way too sweet for me.)
2: greek chicken salad
3: not certain yet, R requested an early dinner since he wants to run this evening, I need to figure out if I'll have time to make my planned meal after we get home from our errands/movie - eggplant/zucchini parmesan with meaty sauce
4: greek chicken salad

water and vites: on track
exercise: rest day

I'm glad to hear your father is doing much better :)

I'm struggling with massive stress.  Changing jobs is crazy, becoming an aunt is exciting, and having a house guest with a 1 year old was tough.  This next week is going to be hard closing out at my job, visiting my sister and her newborn and going to my parents!  EEK!  I might end up canceling the trip to my parents.  I really just feel overwhlemed.  I don't know because I do find my time there to be very relaxing.

Hi everyone! Today has been a good day. We had brunch with our friends and then they came over for a bit and they got to meet our new dog! We weren't sure how he would do around new people, but he loved them and gave them tons of kisses! We were happy about that! Took our dogs to the dogpark tonight... it was only the puppy's second time and we were a bit nervous since it was more crowded than the first time he went, but he had a blast and made lots of new friends!

B- iced coffee, omelette (not at the same time of course)

S- a few grapes

L- greek yogurt

D- tamale pie

S- 1 piece of sugar free carrot cake

I am still slightly under my protein goal... maybe I will have a yogurt before bed.

check out my blog!

I love the classes I take, so I'm hoping that I'll like doing it on my own as much!  :D  It's such great exercise and it really helps me to limber up.
