I Worked Out Today! Did YOU? - 07/14/2014
I haven't actually worked out yet today. I couldn't get into the early classes this week, but I am booked for a 4:00 class today. I also wanted to give you all a Summary of last week. 7 Orange Theory classes (2 on Saturday), 3 weight workouts and 3 long walks all in 6 days. Yesterday was my rest day.
I'm gonna workout today!

6'3" tall, male.
Highest weight was 475. RNY on 08/21/12. Current weight: 198.
M1 -24; M2 -21; M3 -19; M4 -21; M5 -13; M6 -21; M7 -10; M8 -16; M9 -10; M10 -8; M11 -6; M12 -5.
I went out of town on Friday but got in 1 mile on the treadmill and a 40 minute weight workout at the Y before we left. On Saturday, I walked 2.7 miles in 52 minutes and Sunday I walked 2 miles in 39 minutes.
Last night I did 2.4 miles in 45 minutes. I just started working out and walking 2 weeks ago and I am amazed I can walk that far. I wonder how far I could walk if I was carrying a 70lb backpack?
