I haven't actually worked out yet today. I couldn't get into the early classes this week, but I am booked for a 4:00 class today. I also wanted to give you all a Summary of last week. 7 Orange Theory classes (2 on Saturday), 3 weight workouts and 3 long walks all in 6 days. Yesterday was my rest day.

I'm gonna workout today!

Did about 25 minutes of aerobics this morning, planning on either pilates or weights when I get home tonight. Of course, the best-laid plans, etc. etc. -- but that's the plan for now!

eta: did 20 minutes of weight lifting, focusing on legs & biceps!

Got pregnant and fell off the wagon.  Now 5 months in I went to pre natal yoga today and start pre natal boot camp tomorrow. Starting over makes me think wth is wrong with me, it felt good. It always does. I should never have stopped. But gaining weight no matter the reason is a serious head trip.

woooo hoooo yes ...2 mile speed walk and 60 leg lifts 20 lundges and some other  leg work outs about a total of 20 mins worth of leg work outs!!!!!

I went out of town on Friday but got in 1 mile on the treadmill and a 40 minute weight workout at the Y before we left.  On Saturday, I walked 2.7 miles in 52 minutes and Sunday I walked 2 miles in 39 minutes.   

Last night I did 2.4 miles in 45 minutes. I just started working out and walking 2 weeks ago and I am amazed I can walk that far.  I wonder  how far I could walk if I was carrying a 70lb backpack?
