1: frankenshake
2: greek chicken salad
3: small potato half from last night + individual bag of popcorners
4: carne asada w/ skillet mexican zucchini
water and vites: on track
exercise: 60 minutes yoga, 65 minutes on the treadmill at 1% incline for a total of 3.22 miles

B- egg white, ultra thin slice cheddar, Turkey bacon on half a small tortilla
L-tuna with a little light mayo
D-steak slices and fajita veggies with a tablespoon salsa.... So yummy! It better be too because I'm having it for about three more meals!
S-100 calorie pack almonds. ( I'm not a huge fan so I don't really worry about over eatingthese)
B: go lean cereal w/1% milk
l: 1oz hummus, 8 wheat thins, lettuce/tomato w table spoon bleu cheese
d: 1 white corn tortilla (only 50 cal.) 1 oz hamburger taco meat cheddar cheese,lettuce,tomato
s: 1 cup skinny popcorn,
beef jerky

exercise: 60 mins on bike 13mph=290 cal burned
