Whatcha Eating Today VSGers??? Saturday!!
Today I'm wearing a men's L t-shirt. (I started off in a men's XXL at the beginning of the year.) It's pretty much fine. I tried on a women's XL and it was not fine. It's okay through the torso, but really tight in the upper arms. I know that this will change as my arms lose more fat, but it still made me sad and momentarily panic that I won't ever be able to wear women's t-shirts without brachioplasty. But I'm sure that I will once the skin I've got isn't still filled with so much fat. Still, it was a bit disheartening.

I saw a friend last night who I saw about a month ago -- I haven't lost any weight since then, but she said I definitely looked smaller. So a) you are still losing weight & b) you are working out a lot, so I'm sure you are toning up your muscles. You got this! And that Lebanese menu looks fantastic -- enjoy it!

Chicken, Ham, Onions, Swiss Cheese, Peas & Progresso Creamy Garlic recipe starter. If you look at yesterday's "whatcha eating today post" I put in the instructions on it.
I really enjoy it. I freeze them in muffin tins, so I can easily defrost one portion at a time. It fits right in a ramekin and then I can bake it up.
Thanks! I appreciate it, I keep telling myself I'll get there. :) And I had the realization that a different brand of Women's XLs fits perfectly... so that's pretty awesome. I just can't justify buying them for 2 months of wear!

So what's in your greek chicken salad. Either it's REALLY good, you made a WHOLE lot and you're only eating an ounce at a time, lol! Sounds good.
I made an insane amount. Way too much. I kept expecting it to go bad before I could fini**** but it didn't! I guess the yogurt helped to preserve things somehow :P (I just looked at my journal - it lasted 19 days. Woah.)
Here's the basic recipe -- http://mangeratrois.net/index.php/recipes/salad/1310-greek-g rilled-chicken-salad -- I used extra feta and added chickpeas to this batch. It's one of my favorite things to make this time of year when tomatoes and cucumbers are in season.

Ok so
I canceled my vacation to day.... I was able to back out and get all the money back... 1 week ago they said no today they agreed ...so I'm Totaly depressed and happy all at once. ... no carribean for me :-(
