Whatcha Eating Today VSGers???? Yay Saturday!
I always seem to end up eating the food that people are talking about...
1: frankenshake
2: the last of the sushi, sniff
2.5: some tomato, white bean, fresh mozz salad
3: pigs in blankets - I'll be eating mine sans blanket, so basically a hot dog (from our local farm!) stuffed with cheddar cheese and wrapped in bacon. Tasty!
water and vites: on track
exercise: rest day! My body could certainly use it.

early morning snack: Chike vanilla hazelnut latte protein shake
breakfast: oat groats with blueberries
post workout snack: Greek yogurt w/ PB2 & sliced banana
lunch: sirloin romaine wraps
dinner: ahi tuna steak, sauteed zucchini & tomatoes
after dinner snacks: 1/2 low carb tortilla with tomato basil hummus; some sort of protein shake
water and vites: good, done
exercise: 50+ minutes of circuit training (Kelly Coffey-Myers dvd - Your Best Body. I love her, she's my new favorite dvd trainer).
Today was a weird day b/c I was traveling.
