Good bye, CPAP, Good bye!!!
Hi all,
Good news! I got the results of my sleep study yesterday and I had no incidents of apnea, and have been diagnosed with "very mild sleep apnea" because my oxygen levels went low occasionally during the night. I can discontinue my CPAP or I can have it recalibrated to a much lower level. Bye, bye, CPAP. Its been good!
Amazing, 220 pounds lost, a normal BMI, no comorbidities, no medications, no CPAP, no joint pain. This is beyond my wildest dream.
