I saw several things I'd try there. The lettuce wraps, the French onion soup, the petite filet, the steak medallions, teriyaki chicken... Lots of good stuff!

See if you can order the shrimp from the kids menu. My doc gives us a card that the local restaurants honor to allow his patients to order from kids menu. Usually these choices are not that healthy but I guess it can help. Have not gone to a place since my sleeve so I'm not sure what I would do.

The tuna, salmon, or filet mingnon.

Eat what you can, take home the extra, throw away any items not with the program.

Personally, I get the filet in these situations since I don't eat beef otherwise.  I eat mostly fish at home and use the restaurants for good stea****asionally.

I tend to order fish in restaurants because I rarely cook it at home. :)  And since I eat so little of the fish I order, I bring home all of the sides and stuff and that makes a good meal for my partner to take for lunch.  It works out pretty well!

Crab cake looks like a good choice if it's broiled or baked. Enjoy!

I'll second the call-out for the Fisherman's Stew. It sounds great!
