91 Pounds Down, Halfway to Goal (Before/After Photos)
I sure understand that. I am almost 3 months out and still contemplating this new life. In so many ways it is just natural now but in others still so foreign. I feel like now that I've been doing it a while I need to reassess and make some more improvements still. Completely changing a lifetime of bad habits is definitely a work in progress for me.
Woo! Super awesome! I love the feeling of being halfway there :D

Gwen, as soon as you see the halfway thing, do you immediately think, "Yes, but it's going to get harder to achieve results the second half--I could still fail!"?
I know I do, and this is all that negative self-talk that you were talking about in your thread yesterday. This kind of self-talk is so soul-sucking, isn't it? And so hard to irradicate. I am so sick and tired of having a good thought chased away by a fearful thought, darnit!
