100 Pounds Lost in 3.5 Months!
Never would have thought this was possible. My highest weight was 450 on 9/15, my pre-surgical appointment. Yesterday morning I hit 350.0 on the scale. It's incredible to me to think that from 9/15 and my surgery on 9/26 that I could be 100 pounds lighter! I feel so much better, I'm moving more and exercising. I can't wait to keep losing the next 100!
Thank you to everyone here for sharing your stories and day-to-day wins and challenges. I don't post a lot, but I read and learn from your experiences.
