Do protein shakes count towards the ounces of liquid per day? My guidance says so many grams of protein and so many ounces of liquid. I'm just confused if my protein shakes can count towards the liquid. Thanks in advance for your insight.

Why wouldn't that be okay? More liquids is mostly always a good thing. I aim for 96 ounces a day - 64 is just a minimum :)
