Ready for puréed week-any favorites?

Today's day 1 for puréed...any good suggestions or your favorite put togethers

I HATED the puree stage and didn't do well with it. I went back to semi liquids. I did start putting my favorite Progresso soup in my bullet, that was yummy. But you get to start having sf pudding. Good luck, I'm sure you'll have better luck in this stage than I did.

Head over to The World According to Eggface and Bariatric Foodie.  They both have lots of great recipes for the puree stage.  Eggface's ricotta bake is still one of my faves.  :D

Ricotta/cottage cheese heated up with a litte pureed marinara sauce. Kind of like a faux  lasagna...

Today is my first puree day as well and that's what I'm having for lunch.

I pureed lots of meat. It's surprisingly tasty!

I roasted boneless chicken thighs, pureed them with pretty much anything that sounded good to me! Basil and other herbs and parmesan, avocado and lime juice... I pureed steak with a little blue cheese.

I made the eggface ricotta bake and ate it for ages. It was delicious. 

It goes by so fast!

Oooh, I'm so ready for that stage. Lucky! I'm very much looking forward to Eggface's ricotta bake, hummus, refried beans, mashed-up deviled eggs, mashed avocado...
