Bariatric Fusion Vitamins

I have recently switched to the Bariatric Fusion vitamins.  I chew 4/day and is supposedly all I need.

I was wondering if anyone has heard or tried these.  Beats having to keep up with all the bottles of the others.

The ASMBS recommends 200% of vitamins and minerals per day. The majority of things in Bariatric Fusion vitamins have only 25%, so to get 200% you would need EIGHT per day, not four.

There are a lot more complete vitamins out there, and less expensive too.

@Grim_Traveller you say there are a lot more complete vitamins out there, are you talking multi-vitamins or individual vitamins?

I would like to know of other multivitamins that are more complete and less expensive.  Can you give me some examples?

Celebrate makes a chewable that is more complete, and you would only need two. 2 a day compared to 8 is cheaper, but they are still on the expensive side.

Most of us start out with chewable "bariatric" vitamins because they are recommended to us. But they aren't necessary. After we figure out what we really need, many go with Centrum or a generic Centrum store brand. I got mine at CVS when they were BOGO, and cost about 8 bucks for a year supply.

I take Celebrate Chewable multi vitamin in Mandarin Orange.  It's about $32.00 for a three-month supply.

My plan is to switch to Centrum when I reach goal and go into maintenance.  I figure that what I'm saving in my food bills is considerably more than what I'm paying for bariatric vitamins.  Plus I'm worth it
