Flavored water

I'm having a hard time drinking my water. Anyone have a good flavored water recipe?

I've had trouble with taste - fake sweetners tasted bad before surgery, now they taste much worse.  I've ended up with old fashioned lime/orange/lemon slices in a jug/camelback.

Moving to the camelback bottle made a world of difference for me - I think, subconsciously I was scared of gulping to much.

Do you use the one with a filter?  I just wondered how that worked.. is the filter/straw replaceable or will a new bottle need to be purchased in 3 months? 

I've not checked, to be honest. I tend to replace bottles like this fairly quickly unless they are used strictly for water.

i figure with how much I'm saving on food, a $20 bottle every couple of months won't be so bad

Have you tried using some Crystal Light? I know that helps me a lot. Also maybe drinking some propel or some of the pre-flavored bottled water might be good as well. 

I will try some of those. Before surgery I had been off soda since before thanksgiving. Now I seem to be craving soda so bad. 

I've seen soda flavored water enhancers at the store. Crush makes strawberry, orange, and grape soda flavors.

That sounds yummy. Hope I can find those at the store

the grape will make your poo radioactive green.. lol, so don't get scared when it happens :)
