Thanks Liz - no it hasnt been easy as hes done it whilst transitioning out of 29 year career in the defence force, selling our 55 acre farm and relocating to suburbia, starting a new job which involved travel but fingers crossed we will get the good news in a couple of weeks that he passed these final 2 exams and we can plan the trip to his graduation in December. Hes stressing over the first result as it wasnt an easy subject.

Busy busy day for me. I finished my PPTX for the bariatric seminar yesterday and I feel really good about it. Finding before pictures was a pain, though. There aren't a lot of full body pics of me! Today I went for a run and then went out to see Hereditary at the theater. Once I got back home I spent a few hours bonding with the syllabi for my next two classes that start on Monday - getting all the dates and assignments into my planner system and making sure everything made sense. Then I started on this week's material for my current class. Fun times!

QOTD: I tend to get hungry around 1-2pm, so that's when I eat lunch. In the evening sometimes I get head hunger if I'm not doing anything super exciting so I combat that with trying to realize what's going on and then doing something more exciting as a distraction :P

1: protein shake
2: the last of the grilled chicken thighs in butter curry sauce - yum
3: I'm making Hoisin-Glazed Meatballs for dinner, the guys will get rice, and I've got some sugar snaps to sauté up. Going to start cooking here in a few! I'm making a lot of meatballs - trying to cook in bulk this week since I'm out of town this weekend AND the next four weeks will be stupid with three classes going on.

Well it's the end of the day, but I still wanted to stop by! Busy day that didn't go as planned, but I got a lot done.

QOTD: Lately I've been waiting too long for lunch because of my afternoon group and then I feel famished until dinner! Not sure how I'm going to rework my schedule to solve this, but I need to.

Late post. Just getting to sit down really. I don't work this evening, but it's been an insane day of just stress and frustration from my mother and sister who are usually the cause of it all. Because of that, my eating has been really bad. I've eaten very little today and have instead consumed mostly coffee all day long, especially since I have to work tomorrow night, so I'm now trying to keep myself awake through the night after having dealt with the day.

Breakfast - Egg with a slice of ham from denny's, grandmother and I ate out before everything started getting annoying.

Had a protein shake the rest of the day mixed in with coffee. Am having another through the night (with more coffee) to get me through with a bit more calories through the night.

I did at least get grocery shopping done, and have things prepared for meals tomorrow night. That's something.

Sorry that you have to deal with family stress Mersh. That's the hardest, IMO.
