New to the area

I just moved to the Madison area and I am looking for peer support. I had lapband done about 10 months ago and with the stress of the move just need some support.

I am getting banded Jan 28, through UW Hospital.  The have a support group through the UW Bariatric.  It meets once a month. 

I would also be interested in learning more about your story, as I am just getting ready for the new life. 

Dean health also offers a support group twice per month.  Every second Monday 6:30pm-8pm and the 4th Wednesday 11am-12:30pm.  The first part of the meeting is a speaker and the second half is peer to peer chit chat.  Both meetings are held at the Dean West Clinic.
