Shopping is an Adventure....

Yesterday I shopped in the regular size part of Sears for the first time in I DON'T know how long - and bought 2 MEDIUM blouses and tried on a 14 pair of regular jeans and they fit - I was happy - but I was looking for a holiday sweater for Christmas - I didn't find a one - EXCEPT in the 2x-4x area where I've always shopped!  Oh well, I'll take the smaller sizes.  Maybe they're trying to tell me that skinny people don't WEAR those silly sweaters with reindeers etc!

Hey Sis... Nope, no shopping for me, can't afford it. Last time I went to a mall was to pick up my protein powder.... Glad you found a nice pair of boots...it's great when you can treat yourself. Love ya... Hugsss Me

Latelt I have been doing what I refer to as "dry shopping" I am scheduled for surgery Dec. 13th so I am no where close to ready for any clothes, but My 12 yr old daughter and I go to the malls and into stores I have no business being in and I pick out awsome outfits for myself for when I'm smaller. We talk about it like we are really shopping and I love the idea of what the clerks and other shoppers might be thinking about a 315 lb woman shopping at Rue 21 and the like.
