Richard Simmons at Lexington Convention!
NOT......but there was some nut running around pretending to be Richard and I have to admit got everyone to movin and loosin, oops now you know LOL
I can't say enough good things about the conference. If you EVER get a chance PLEASE PLEASE go...
The speakers ROCKED, we learned so much. I think they were the best lineup to date!!!
Meeting everyone? There are no words to say what this means to us all. We are there for each other via posting and emails but there is nothing like hugging and meeting your family in person!!!
The ball was a blast!
So my friends, start saving those pennies now for the next big conference.
Getting there? Around $50.00
Event cost? $85.00
Meeting everyone? Priceless!!!!
Take care,
Kathy aka Richard Simmons LOL
It sounds like everyone had such a great time!! I'm so jealous and yet at the same time I know that I could never go and feel confident enough to meet everyone. Maybe as time goes on...

Oh Kim,
This is the ONE THING you can come and feel confident. You are there with people that totally understand. And there is nothing like getting a hug when you need it. I was in a seminar and the speaker had me crying. I was able to talk about things because I knew I was there with family that totally understood.
And I can't tell you how many people said they danced for the first time in years because they felt free to be who they are without the worry of stares.
So please, please try and come to one, I PROMISE it will be the BEST WOW moment of your life!!!!
I hope to see you at one soon and a BIG HUG is waiting for you!
Love ya,
Kathy
Kathy, meeting you was one of the highlights of my trip. You are amazing and inspiring and I think I want to be you when I grow up. I don't have words to say how adorable I think you are, and again I say--inspiring!!

Hi Sheryl,
You have just got to attend at leasts one, but the more the better. I am saving now for the next one. The value of the information is awesome and the speakers really hit home and I learned so much. Charlie that is 4 years out said she still comes away with new stuff at everyone she attends.
Sooooooo, we expected to see you soon!!!
Take care,
Kathy
YOU, my dear, are a joy!
It was wonderful meeting you!!
Nan
