I personally would love to get and send to everybody.  This reminds me of 3rd grade and the whole Valentine card exchange at school.  Damn it...I want a card!      Seriously...I really would like to send out cards to everybody on the list.  I'm still "meeting" people.  I figure this would be a great way to do it. Well I know is this is the first year that i am going to send out a form letter ....I know alot of people hate them but this year money is tight for me.  Me running the roads for surgern and Drs and stuff has taken toll mom is going to help but I feel weird asking.  So it is going to be a form letter for my family this year and well I have not seen anything bout the card exchange I agree that picking and chosing is childish.  Didn't all ready get out of school and well I dont know about you guys but I was allways picked last for team sports and hated it...the "picking thing" remionds me of that and i am sure that I dont feel alone on this. on another note MARTI CHEER UP DAMIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sounds like you had a great time in KY and a little set back with a Dr is not good but hey cheer up we are here for you.  That is what this is all for.  And of all else fails smack someone i am sure that you have a list,  I know I do

You know those vanity letters people send out at x-mas?  Johnny won the lottery, little Timmy got accepted at both Harvard and Yale -- but decided to go to Columbia and baby Jessica decided that she'd take the lead role Stephen Speilberg offered her... Well, I send out one that's more in line with my family:  Johnny lost yet another job, little Timmy dropped out of high school 'cause he just wasn't happy and baby Jessica -- well, she's due just about a week before Christmas and we just don't have a clue who the father is... Seriously, neither one is my family but I've gotten chewed out the years I don't send a form letter of sorts.  I try and write something brief in the cards that relate to the person I'm addressing it to but I've got a big family and not enough time to personalize each and every card. I was actually really surprised when people got a bit upset with me for NOT including some type of form letter, lol! Good luck on yours, Lori

thank you justin. i had thought that she was dropping me. she called  me today and said that she was just homesick for her family and couldn't take wisconsin weather anymore. that cheered me up. mardi

Oh puuullleeease.  I cannot believe this is really an issue in everyones life. It's not even Halloween yet. Honestly, everyone in the world - I think and wish for world peace and health care for children and the elderly. I agree that we should send out cards to ALL on the list and not just our "choosen friends". Last year there was a lady who said that she was housebound and didn't have much family involvement - those cards she got literally made her Christmas!!!!  Don't be stingy........ send out a card of hug to everyone on the list.  BTY: Who do we contact to get on the list??????
