(OT) HELP! our cat is driving me nuts!

Our cat never gets on the counter (I think she is to fat to jump that high),but the table is another story.She thinks she owns the table and any centerpiece was put put there for her amusement.Most of the time we just give up and eat in the livingroom lol.if we have company I stick her in a bedroom til after dinner.So I guess you know who's the boss in this house.                                                 Patti

Ok, you sound so much like my dh it is scarey!!!  He has always had a hard time with our cat.  You can buy a spray that is supposed to be surface and children safe but they don't like the smell to keep them off.  We got the pitbull and he is afraid of the cat,

Double sided tape works well on the counter. They do not like the sticky on their feet.  Our cat owns the house and allows us to live here and pay all the bills. Sweet of him to do that isn't it!!!! Phyllis (-78lbs)
