Oh my gosh, I can't believe it. I weighed myself today at the nurses station at the gym. I weighed 299 lbs. I wanted to cry. I was so happy. I have reached my first goal. Today, I am 4 weeks out and down 36 lbs. I haven't been under 300 lbs in almost 7 years. I'm on cloud 9 right now. Just had to share. Tiffany

Congratulations! There is a trick that I use when I want to cheat. I reached my goal weight at weigh****chers and they gave me a necklace. I wear it and touch it when I want to cheat. I remember how wonderful and proud I was when I got the necklace and became a lifetime member. Try to remember how great you feel now. Is there something tangible that you can keep with you to pull you through and keep you going when times get tough? sometimes just remembering my past success pulls me through a weak moment and gets me back on track.
