You are all funny! I will share  a bit about my experience with the sagging issue. I am 7 1/2 years out. I have to date had two tummy tucks and breast augmentation When they did my last tummy tuck which was really a revision of my scar they also did tucking elsewhere.  There is fat in every part of your body. When it goes the skin either retracts or it doesn't . For us women who have had children the skin will often not retract and we are left with sagging extemities. Even when I had my breast Augmentation my PS tucked the hanging skin under my arms for free. :) Robin
