My husband retired today after 24 years in the Air Force...it was so beautiful. We had the ceremony surrounded by fighter planes in the inside of the Aerospace museum. A local high school choir came out and sang patriotic songs and our old wing commander flew out from Ohio to conduct the ceremony.

Well all I did was workout and eat today...
Pre ~ B; Muscle milk light
B; 2 Tbl. PB and 5 whole wheat crackers
S; 1/3 C. chili
L; 2 cheese wedges (laughing cow light), almonds, yogurt w/ kashi go lean
S; apple
D; 3 oz. Rotisserie chicken and a little salad (lettuce)
S; 1/2 C. cottage cheese w/1 Tbl. SF pineapple jam
Yikes... The totals... Cal. 1277, Fat 64, Carbs 99, Protein 89
OMG, I was HUNGRY ALL DAY! I worked out 3 days in a row... could that make me more hungry.... If so what do I do about it?

I haven't been counting calories lately. I was shocked I could get in 3/4 of the half bagel. A bagel weighs about 4 oz each, so a half is about 2 oz and I didn't eat all of it.. But I was sure satisfied afterwards!
