My husband retired today after 24 years in the Air Force...it was so beautiful.  We had the ceremony surrounded by fighter planes in the inside of the Aerospace museum.  A local high school choir came out and sang patriotic songs and our old wing commander flew out from Ohio to conduct the ceremony.   Breakfast SF Russell Stover 100 cal Cinnamon Bun breakfast bar Snack almond milk mocha Lunch Spicy won ton soup - 1 cup Snack venti sugar free iced cinnamon dolce latte with an extra shot Snack Olive, garlic and feta soy crisps Retirement dinner Steak topped with lobster, garlic shrimp and asparagus with a lemon butter sauce Caesar salad mashed potatoes I have a ton of leftovers but it was delicious. Hi Monica Russell Stover Sugar Free Cinnamon Bun Breakfast Bars I pick a box of 5 bars at Walmart for around $2.50.  They are delicious...only a 100 calories and they taste (to me) exactly like the filling in a cinnabon and they are sugar free...but have sugar alcohols.   Have a great weekend. Hi All, Well all I did was workout and eat today...   Pre ~ B; Muscle milk light B; 2 Tbl. PB and 5 whole wheat crackers S; 1/3 C. chili L; 2 cheese wedges (laughing cow light), almonds, yogurt w/ kashi go lean S; apple D; 3 oz.  Rotisserie chicken and a little salad (lettuce) S; 1/2 C. cottage cheese w/1 Tbl. SF pineapple jam Yikes... The totals... Cal. 1277, Fat 64, Carbs 99, Protein 89 OMG, I was HUNGRY ALL DAY!  I worked out 3 days in a row... could that make me more hungry.... If so what do I do about it? Doris :o)

Let's see if I can even remember yesterday's meals Breakfast: 3 bites of Mac/Cheese leftovers Lunch Protein bar Chicken from a Lean Cuisine (Tossed out the noodles/sauce) Snack 3/4 of a half bagel with lite cream cheese Dinner 3 hotwings 1 hot drummette    All in ranch dressing, of course! a few sips of Spanish Coffee It was more coffee than anything... pretty tastey Late snack A few drinks of protein shake Water Vitamins Thyroid Medicine I haven't been counting calories lately. I was shocked I could get in 3/4 of the half bagel. A bagel weighs about 4 oz each, so a half is about 2 oz and I didn't eat all of it.. But I was sure satisfied afterwards!
