Good Evening Everyone,

It's COLD up here. I'm tempted to turn on my furnace but am going to hold out for as long as possible! Okay, here's the food:

Breakfast: protein shake (not enough, I was hungry by 10)
Snack: handful of mixed nuts
Lunch: Barilla Plus pasta w/ tomatoes, feta, and artichokes
Snack: handful of Cheez-its
Dinner: Chicken w/ alfredo sauce

Not a good food day but it helps me to post. Have a great night!
Peace & Love, Donna K.

Donna, I found these up here and will keep the package to see if my Publix at home can get them for me.  It's Old Wisconsin Beef Sticks and they are great.  Only 60 calories per stick and 210mg of sodium.  I love the taste and they go down easy.

Here's a link to the site that tells you about them....

Hope you find them.

Hey I'm in Northeast NC and the weather here was pretty dismal. Woke up to really bad thunderstorms and it's rained off and on all day. Suppose to keep it up for the next  24 hours or so.

B: Slim Fast Low Carb Vanilla Creme shake
L: Tuna Cup (Chicken of the Sea) with 4 sesame thin crackers
D: 1/2 cup of Crock Pot Stew Beef
S: SF Fudgsicle

Just didn't feel like getting creative with my food today.

My how this surgery just turns everything around...I used to love to eat...now I HATE IT!  I can't stand putting it in my mouth or chewing it to mush or even the feel of it being swallowed.  I feel FANTASTIC but I'm not doing very well in the eating department.
B-1/2 c. Light OJ diluted in 1 c. water
S-2 pieces water melon
L-2 crackers, 1oz. cheese
S-1/2 cheese
D-1 tablespoon mashed potatoes
    1 tablespoon mushed chicken
S-SF Bomb pop
Oddly enough I'm 6 weeks out and my hair & nails are growing like weeds!  Got my  hair cut today and the lady said, "if you lost 3/4 of your hair, you'd still have too much".
