I've been slipping lately, last year on my b-day I was down to 245. Shortly there after I got off Topamax and the a lot of the weight I had lost while on it creeped back up. I also stress ate after the 3 surgeries I had this past year...while also using them as an excuse not to push myself with exercising. I spoke to my therapist about it today...yeah I'm just that dedicated that even on my b-day I'll keep a therapy appt. She said "Sarah, you know what to do, and despite you saying you don't care (as in I often know what I'm about to eat is not good and still say I don't care and eat it) you DO CARE. I do care, I'm seeing my BP creep back up and on Monday I was at 314. WTF...this needs nipped now! I gave Eggy permission to ride my ass about posting here and decided that even though it was my b-day I can't put it off till tomorrow I must do it NOW.
So...

B: Chicken Biscuit from McDonalds

S: Fruit n' yogurt parfait
L: Chicken pad thai noodles
S: 1 cupcake (for my b-day)
S: handful of Salt & Vinegar kettle chips, 2 pretzel rods
D: 5 chicken wings, 2 pieces of dragon sushi roll
I'll be honest here I may have oreos or pop tarts before bed...of course now that I just posted this I might not..since the point is a fresh start....the oreos, poptarts, chips...and anything else that was bought for the purpose of hurricane snacking will got to work with me tomorrow...my students will have it gone by noon I'm sure!
ETA: I'm going to go pick out a bike this weekend. I contacted another shop and e-mailed them about my needs and they said to come in on Saturday and they'd be more than happy to help me find a bike that is right for me.
