good to see that things are finally better. I had a little "wow" moment last night. I actually was able to run, it was on the treadmill, but I was running. That was the first time I was able to run in 13 years!

l-1/2 smoked turkey and spinach low carb wrap and pickle
s- nsa ice cream sandwich
d-mexican chicken casserole
s-1/2 protein bar

There must be something in the air, or maybe my body knows that winter is coming and is trying to add some insulation. Whatever the reason, I couldn't get enough to eat today.

B - 1/2 cup yogurt with 1/2 cup muesli (s?); 1 cup orange juice
S - protein bar, large coffee with cream
L - 12 whole wheat crakers, 4 oz tuna, 2 TBS mayo, pickles, 2 yogurt, 2 nectarines
S - fruit muffin, large coffee with cream
D - 6 oz BBQ steak, tomato salad, Twix bar
S - buttered toasted cheese bagel, nectarine
S - 1 cup orange juice.

Thank goodness the DS has been forgiving so far. I wonder if things will change once my weight loss window closes.

Hey Charlie,

Glad you had a nicer day today. I love to walk the mall... I'm learning to leave my purse in the trunk though for my own safety... hehehe. Darn sales.

I had a nice day... coffee with a friend. Nice long walk. It's cooler. I slept an hour longer than usual. So 2 AM versus 1 AM wake up. Woot. Errr. LOL.

The Damage:

Breakfast: Protein Breakfast Souffle (OMG this is so good - I'll post the recipe and food porn in the blog later tonight)

Lunch: Iced SF Cinnamon Dolce Latte no whip, 1 oz. Peanuts

Dinner: Crustless Quiche and Pinto Beans

Snack: Chocolate Coconut Cookie Protein Ice Cream

Why did I ever think teaching 9th graders would be a good career for me??? I bought my FIRST pair of size 12 pants today. It's the smallest I have ever been in my life. I told everyone in the store. lol.

Breakfast- 1 Light Babybel swiss cheese

Snack- Atkins protein shake

Lunch-3 oz of pork chop, 3 strawberries

Snack-2 strawberries, 1 oz colby cheese

Dinner- 3 oz grilled steak, a good serving of asparagus (i love asparagus)

Snack- 1 slice of ezekial toast with a tad of peanut butter and an NSA fudgesicle

Pre-Breakfast: AchievOne Hazelcreme

Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs 1 tortilla

Snack: IDS Cappuccino Protein Shake w/Hazel nut sf syrup

Lunch: 1 crepe w/Manicotti (sp) filling & beans and hot sauce

Dinner:  humm  I forgot to eat dinner...that is why I'm hungry.. I will have a protein bar and call it a night..

Hi everyone,

I have been stuck in front of the computer this week about 12hrs/day.  Here's the damage, still scared to eat & stretch my pouch:

B: 8oz skim milk w/ 1TBSP SF choc syrup
L: 3-4 oz homemade chili with 1/4c FF cheddar melted in, couple crutons on top
S: 8oz skim milk w/ 1TBSP SF choc syrup
D: 2oz? steamed chicken with 1 tsp garlic sauce
S: probably will be 1 TBSP PB or yogurt

Well..back to work.  It'll be 4am before I get accomplished what I want to :(

today, I ate...

venti iced skinny CD latte
2 oz chicken (leftovers) topped with shredded cheese
5 bites of watermelon, which made me  (odd... might've eaten too fast)
1/2 of a small greek salad w/ chicken... 4 bites of cheese soup
1/2 of a 100 cal Thomas' light multi-grain english muffin w/ 1 tablespoon of peanut butter

and lottttttts of crystal light.

I'm seriously PMSing today, and for the first time since surgery I want ice cream soooooo bad. But, alas, I have not jumped on the protein ice cream bandwagon, so I'm S-O-L!! lol It will pass... I indulged in a little peanut butter instead.

  - I will learn to let go what I cannot change, but I will change whatever I can. Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ

Hi Charlie, Hi Everyone,

Charlie, I'm glad your finally over your wine cooler, I hope you enjoy the mall!  (No Shoe shopping ~ You probably have no room in your suitcase!  LOL)

My eating day....

B; 3 bites from a sausage egg and cheese bisquit from McDonalds... My son John had to have a CT Scan... and afterward he wanted McDonalds YUCK!!!  OMG, so salty and to think I used to "Love" these things

L; 3/4 of a slice of pizza (shopping with my Mom)

D; Beef shortribs (maybe 1 or 2 oz.) and 1/4 of a potato
S; an Ice Cream sandwich

I cried enough today for my town to have a flash flood!!!  I'm so scared to have my surgery :(
