Proving a point -- Quick calcium survey.

I take Liquid Oasis liquid calcium.  I just could not get all those pills down, even the petites.

Costco's Kirkland brand calcium citrate, 2 pills three times daily, sometimes a fourth dose if I remember, for an average of 1500 mg daily.

I also take Flintstones.  They are yummy.  The little cartoon characters are so cute too.  Should I be taking something else, Andrea? (LOL)

That's your multivitamin. What about your calcium supplement?

Two Citrical Petites two times a day and one Citrical chew.  Once my chews run out I will replace it with another serving of petites.

UpCalD for now... until I run out.  Then I will probably start taking the BJs Wholesale brand Calcium+D again.
