Eatin' Good in the Neighborhood.....so far so good....hehe.
Hey Charlie! I love the pumpkin pic.. so funny. I had a good eating day too with the exception of the candy I got out of the managers office.
Breakfast:
1/2 a protein shake.. ran out of milk
8 oz chocolate cc milk
Snack:
NSA fruit coctail cup
Lunch:
1 c. Progresso lite veggie soup
Salad.. hb egg, ham, cheese, raw broccoli & FF italian
Snack:
Carb/Sugar control yogart
2 mini laffy taffy's
Dinner:
Baked chicken
Steamed cabbage
Snack:
WW Yogart
1 slice of ham & 1 slice of cheese rolled up with a lil mustard.

Hi everyone, Had a nice day here in central NY...sunny and beautiful...great food day too...
Breakfast: 1 egg scrambled, 1 link of breakfast sausage
Lunch: 1/2 cup of homemade chili
Dinner: Salad with veggies and slice of deli turkey.
Snack: have a protein bar but unsure if I'll eat it or not....
Still working on my water..... have a nice night...

I am eating so much better lately that I feel guilty about the calories. My Nut told me not to even watch the calories, just the total carbs,proteins. Today from my math skills I am figuring at about 750 calories (is this high?) Around 68g of protein.
Damages:
B- 1/2 slice of whole wheat toast
thinnnnn bit of p.n butter on toast
1/2 cup of calcium skim milk
S- 5 almonds
L- 1 oz of chicken with a coating of gravy
2 TBSP Brocc.
3 Doritos
S- 5 Almonds
D- 2 oz chicken
1/2 C chili
1 oz cheese
(that was all cooked together in the oven in a nice glass dish- we call meals like that "Kelly Surprise"- never know how it will turn out,whats going to be in it and if I will ever be able to re make it again LOL)
That is all the damages for the day, My fluid intake is still on the low side. I am thinking I am at about 26 oz right now, I have a couple hrs to get in some more.

Those pumpkins are funny Charlie! Saw them the other day in an email and they made me laught for a change.
Today was a stressful day at work...I'm getting very frustrated with being the new girl on the block without anyone to steer me straight. I have very little support system, no mentoring available and a boss who has been jumping my **** every chance she has. She is a great principal..only temporary for now but she is quite authoritarian and bossy as hell. And when I make a decision that she does not agree with, instead of suggesting something better for the future, she just hollers at me. i need to let her authoritarian ways just roll of my back....need to work on that.
So now I am here with my leg up....fear it might be cellulitis and will get to the DR in the morning on the way to work. Already called my boss and she "hollered" at me to take care of myself and do what I need to do. Don't have to tell me twice...I'll be in late tomorrow after I get my leg checked out. I've also been doing a lot of crying today...think it's been way overdue. I am like a sponge and when it's full, it's full...time to ring it out! I feel much better after getting it all out.
So for today....caution...it's scary!
B: english muffin w/ 2 pcs canadian bacon w/ cheese
coffee w/ pumpkin creamer
S wasabi peas and almonds....way too many.....
L: 2 small stuffed peppers
small pc of german chocolate cake....WTF????
ricotta w/ splenda and mandarin oranges
S: pint 2% milk
2 sugarfree chocolate covered marshmallow pumpkin thingies.....WTF????
D: 1/2 beef enchilada w/ cheese, salsa, rice, sour cream
small bowl of pumpkin protein mousse
That's it....I have horrible gas right now plus my leg is making things uncomfortable. Oh well....such is life!

1/2 pb sandwich
1 banana
1 cup of milk
double cheese burger (McD's)
med sf vanilla iced coffee
shared a tri tip nacho w/ hubby
I am done. I feel like a little piggy but those nachos were pretty good.
