Someone said snow flurries next week.  I will be home but will be back the next week.  I am not looking forward to snow.  No way no how.

Had a pretty decent day.  Got to chase 4 little meeces out of a terminal behind a house by a cornfield today.  We let em go.  I told the tech it was nice of him to let them go.....he just smiled and said...."hawk food".

Snack
I had a pumkpin cream cheese muffin from Starbucks....hence.....NO LUNCH.

In the truck

Dinner
1/2 a dinner salad (no bread.....wooo hoooo)
1/3 of a med rare 7oz filet at Rodehouse
1/2 baked sweet potato

Late snack....and I shouldn't be having this...but here goes.

Snow, already?! Today it was pushing 80 degrees down here in AL. We rarely see snow here anyway, but when we do...even if it's a 10% chance of flurries for maybe 10 minutes, man, don't expect to find any milk OR bread at the grocery store! That always cracks me up.

That pumpkin cream cheese muffin sure sounds good

Breakfast today was a skinny iced latte...I guess any day now it'll be cool enough to switch those iced ones for regular 'ol hot ones!

Lunch: 1/2 fat free grilled cheese on wheat, 1 lil bag of banana snikiddy snacks, my new best friends.

Snack: blended low carb mocha

Dinner: sloppy joe beef with melted ff cheese, a few pieces of broccoli, an attune bar

Late snack: probably another mocha

Another crazy day-- yesterday I lost electricity for about 4 hours--at dinner time-- it was the end of the world, or so it seemed...but I waited it out and had to eat a bunch late-- not great but whatcha gon' do?

Today I have two meetings, four classes worth of papers to grade, I have to paint 8 drop-off dumpsters for a community service gig, have to wrestle a union member about a grievance,
have to figure out how the custodian who finally cleaned my classroom floor managed to eat all the wax off of it (looks like it was sprayed with battery acid) and I still gotta get my nails done-- they didnt have electricity last night either. And I need to walk at least a mile. And somewhere in there I have 6 classes to teach.

Good news-- the flubber didn't bother me walking so much when I wore my compression stockings, but since they are thigh highs, moving fast means that they end up around your ankles. I'm thinking of buying black Underarmour. I get tired of walking around inside this jello bag!

Today's menu was planned to get my fat up...been too low. How do I know? Don't ask!

B: Proti-Diet Caramel Crunch Bar (let me rave again-- 15g protein, 150 cals and 6g fiber!)
L: 1 cup Asian Peanut Chicken (chicken, snow peas, water chestnuts, soy sauce, PB2)
1/2 cup Only 8 Frozen Yogurt
S: bag of Revival Soy honey mustard crisps
S: 2 oz turkey jerky and 1.2 oz sliced Vermont three year cheddar
S: 1/2 cup Only 8 Frozen Yogurt
D: Taco Salad- Taco meat and Cabot 50% cheddar on lettuce with salsa and greek yogurt
S: 1/2 cup SF jello parfait with ff whipped cream
S: 1/2 cup pumpkin cheesecake protein pudding

Your very welcome....I really hate snow, now more than ever. It's just too cold and I never warm up. If you could see me now, bundled up like Nannook of the North! The only part of me not covered on fleece is my eyes and nose...Making mental note to call the oil man for a fill up.....aghhhh...

Have a good night...

Ughhhhh! Snow is coming to Michigan soon tooooooooo!!!! Phooooooey!!!!!! I'm glad I went out last week and found a new coat, gloves and a scarf!! Looks like I's gonna need it.

Today, before getting dressed, I slipped into my shapewear because the top I planned to wear was a little more clingy. So, as I pulled it up, I was waiting for it to get tough to get on... because when I first got it, it was a WORKOUT, I tell ya, to get it on!! But today? I just pulled that baby right on... Uh oh!!!!! Then the back kept wiggling down. Oh no!! Oh... YES!! It's too big!! The damn thing was $40, and it is already too big!!!!!! But yay!!!!!!!  So... I might not be losing pounds as quickly as I once was, but I'm definitely losing inches. I marched my happy butt right over to Sears and got myself the next size smaller.  And it feels fantastic!

Today, I came down from yesterday's carb-fest.

B: iced cinnamon dolce latte (homemade)
L: about 3/4 of a Chicken Caprese South Beach meal. 3/4 of the chicken... all but a couple of bites of the broccoli.
S: 2 parmesan crisps (each crisp is 1 tbsp shredded parmesan flattened into 2 inch circles and microwaved on a PAM sprayed plate until "crisp")
D: a bowl of homemade "italian vegetable beef soup" (with zucchini, onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, great northern beans, shredded carrots,  ground beef and plenty of italian seasonings.)
S: 1 oz. of almonds

  - I will learn to let go what I cannot change, but I will change whatever I can. Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ

Have you taken your vitamins today?
