Eatin' Good in the Neighborhood.....SNOW FLURRIES...yikes
I'ts SNOWING here right now! All day!!! 33 degrees...Brrrrr.
Breakfast: Shake with 55 gms pro
Lunch: tofu with 2 broc chunks and 4 snow peas and a little szechwan sauce
snack: fat free sugarfree strawberry "ice cream"
Dinner: just cottage cheese (1%) so far...I'll add some baked yam later.
probable snack later? Another protien shake.


I did pretty well on the eating today, but my schedule was weird. I just couldn't sleep this morning, so I got up at 5:30 a.m. and made myself some Butter Walnut protein ice cream. Just the thing to eat when you're freezing!!
First breakfast: Butter walnut protein ice cream
Second breakfast: Coffee and pills
Elevensies: Fage 2% and berries (I forgot that I was out of almonds)
Luncheon: roast beef and cheddar roll-ups
Afternoon tea: nada
Dinner: More protein ice cream
Supper: a couple of chicken pot stickers (I know, not the best, but I figure I've got the calories to spare)

Oh gosh, Linda! Me toooooo!! I used to wear short sleeved shirts YEAR ROUND (in Michigan!) because I was always warm. Now that I've lost 155 lbs of insulation, I am freezing! I have had to buy myself a couple of nice sweaters and a few hoodies to keep myself warm! And slippers, which I never used to wear! And it's only October!! lol

2 strips of turkey bacon

Lunch:
Baked chicken leg
1/2 c. collard greens
Snack:
100 calorie pack of chocolate covered pretzels
Small apple
Dinner:
Baked chicken thigh w/ hot sauce
Broccoli n cheese
Snack:
NSA Yogart
1 slice of ham & 1 slice of cheese rolled up

L: 1/2 cup Double Dip Chicken casserole

3/4 oz. LF cheddar
couple of bites of corn bread, but it was waaaaay too dry (good thing!)
D: pita pizza w/turkey pepperoni, baby bella shrooms, and green pepper
S: 1 prune
60 calories Hershey's dark chocolate stick

Hi Charlie,
I live in California and we have a 90% chance of it being hot all the damn time. If even one flake of snow hit the ground, the whole state would close down, every news station would be on 24 hour coverage and we would be declared a state of emergency. It would be Armegeddon. Reminds me of Triumph the Comic Insult Dog and his weather forcast on a Hawaii news station.

Just got back from bowling and I am such a clutz....wacked my right thigh twice with my ball and now I have a huge bruise forming under the skin....like the size of an egg! Not very colorful, but sore as a mother f'er!
So for today:
B: english muffin w/ 2 wedges laughing cow and some thin deli ham

S: almonds and some more almonds
L: stuffed pepper
fage w/ fruit
S: pint 2% milk
small bag of baked cheese curls
decaf latte
D: cup of chili
shredded pot roast sandwich on 1 pc toast w/ gravy
S: a few pita chips w/ hummus
That's it! Need to start exercising! Will work on that manana!
